FRAME AND PANELS

A closer look at the frame and panels

Arches spaced 0.67 m apart

The arches are spaced 0.67 m / 26.4 in apart across the available lengths.

6 mm polycarbonate panels

The panel specification lists a weight of 0.80 kg/m² and light transmission of 80%.

Galvanized steel profile

The frame is made from 40 × 20 mm galvanized steel profiles.

Modular by length

Choose a length from 4 to 12 m, in 2 m increments.

Manufacturer destructive test: a documented 3.14 × 2.00 m specimen reached structural failure at 300.1 kg/m² (61.5 psf). This is a failure threshold, not an allowable snow-load rating; installation, anchoring and engineering safety factors still apply.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions about assembly and ordering

Find answers about your kit, delivery and payment.

What is included in the greenhouse kit?

The kit includes all greenhouse components and fasteners needed for self-assembly: reinforced galvanized-steel arches spaced 0.67 m (26.4 in) apart, frame crossmembers, 6 mm polycarbonate panels, two doors, two ventilation windows, boxes of bolts, nuts and other fixing hardware, and ground anchors. Assembly tools and materials for an optional foundation are separate.

Do I need to dismantle the greenhouse for winter?

No. The greenhouse is designed to remain assembled through winter. Keep it securely anchored and follow the assembly and maintenance instructions, including snow removal. Check the snow-load requirements for your location before ordering.

How does the greenhouse handle wind?

Correct assembly and anchoring are essential. The anchoring method depends on your soil, foundation and exposure to wind. Tell us about your site before ordering so we can discuss the available options.

Can the greenhouse be extended later?

Compatible 2 m extension sections can be added to increase the length. Tell us your model when ordering so we can check that the sections match your frame.

Can I assemble it myself?

The greenhouse is supplied as a self-assembly kit. Prepare a level site and follow the instructions for your model. Have someone help you handle the arches and panels. Tools and any materials for a separate foundation are not included.

Which accessories should I choose?

You can add a metal window or a plastic vent, each supplied with an automatic opener. Choose the number of complete kits you need. We’ll confirm compatibility with your greenhouse before payment.

Do I need extra anchoring to prevent wind uplift?

Additional anchoring may be needed, especially in regions with strong winds or on exposed sites. Options include securing the greenhouse to a suitable foundation or setting the ground anchors in concrete. Choose the fixing method for your soil and local wind conditions.

How much is delivery and how long will it take?

Delivery costs and timing depend on the greenhouse, availability and your ZIP code. We’ll confirm the shipping method, estimated delivery and unloading requirements. For pre-orders, a $200 deposit secures the order. We confirm the shipping timeline before the remaining balance is due once the greenhouse is loaded for ocean shipment from Europe to the U.S.

What warranty applies?

We’ll confirm the warranty terms for your greenhouse, panels and accessories before payment. Contact us if you would like to review them before submitting an order.
